My Philosophy
Every deal is a math problem first and a real estate problem second. If the numbers don't work on paper, they won't work in real life. I believe in conservative underwriting, disciplined rehab budgets, and building systems that let you scale without burning out.
I'm not here to sell you a course or a coaching program. I'm here to share what I'm learning as I build — and to recommend the tools and strategies that actually move the needle.
